We focus exclusively on developing and manufacturing advanced machines and systems for automating production processes within the packaging industry. For over 30 years we have been providing innovative solutions for handling carton blanks within the markets general folding carton, liquid carton and tobacco. We have developed innovative solutions for extremely high speed blank handling for the world’s leading paperboard carton packaging manufacturers. To complete our customers automation, we offer standardised state-of-the-art equipment for high speed carton case packing, combined with case erecting equipment and end-of-line case palletising. We have the ability to design custom-built blanks handling solutions where careful handling and high speeds require the highest level of technical expertise and experience. We are global market leader and deliver up to a 75% production increase when compared to our competitors.

Introducing our teams

Our organization is grounded in teamwork, creativity and entrepreneurship carried out by specialized, passionate people. Our people work in teams of Sales & Project Management, Service or Operations. Within the Operations team, multiple disciplines work together for the best engineered results: Material Management & Realisation, Mechanical Engineering, Controls, and Testing & Operations Services.

As of today, the Service team is in need of a:


Customer Service Representative

Everything we do in the service department is with the customer in mind. We aim to satisfy our customers and do this from Raamsdonksveer, the Netherlands (rest of the world) and Richmond, USA (North America). Teamwork is the key of our success. We work closely together with all departments within CSi to answer the needs of our customer. Within the service department we created teams consisting of a Service Product Manager and Customer Service Representative. This team is responsible for a group of customers, wereby the Service Product Manager is in the lead and the Customer Service Representative is in a supporting role and backup.

The following tasks are your responsibility

  • Order processing, from booking the order in the ERP system until the closure of the order and sending the invoice to the customer.
  • Contact for customers for questions, quotations, complaints and break down.
  • Project coordination for service projects and small modification projects
  • Works closely together with the project teams to organize and quote services products, like:
    • Spare parts
    • Training and Hypercare
    • Maintenance
    • 24/7 support
  • Is closely involved with the project teams, to handing over the customer to the service department and in this process gives feedback to the project team about project manuals and project issues. Where needed the Customer Service Representative will support the project team in developing manuals or other documents for the customers.
  • All service employees participate in supporting the 24/7 support hotline and have periodically(5 times a year) duty to support our customers outside office hours.
  • We are a growing organisation and expect a positive attitude helping to improve our processes and products

What tools a Customer Service Representative should possess:

  • Intermediate Vocational Education
  • You’ve just started working or have a couple of years working experience
  • You have a customer focused and relation oriented attitude being an accurate, supportive, cooperative teamplayer in relation to the company’s interest
  • You like to communicate internally and externally and you are administratively skilled.
  • You work easily and fast in electronic office systems, like ERP-systems and you have knowledge about how to make project documents
  • In stressful situations you don’t deviate from your plan and you’re competent to drive to solutions
  • Knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing. German language is a plus.
